
I completed 21 day fix and 21 day fix extreme after.

my experience has been to maintain the shakeology and 21 Day Fix meal plan as my constant with doing various workouts, I lost 20 lbs in about 6 months and have maintained it for as long. I started at 130 lbs when I first started 21 Day Fix. I am currently eating in the 1500-1799 calorie range, and I am wondering if I should cut down to the 1200-1499 calorie range if I would like to really get lean, or if I should continue in the 1500-1799 calorie range for Phase 1 & 2, and drop to 1200-1499 calorie range for Phase 3?įor those of you who have completed the program, let me know how you've liked it, and if you have any tips for shorter guys. I do, however, have some fat that I need to lose, especially around my midsection and I was wondering how I could tune in my nutrition to help with this.

I am a shorter guy and don't want to look too bulky. I am doing Lean Beast and I am using a Stability Ball.

I have been really excited to start this program for the last little while, and at last Day 1 has finally arrived. I have completed 21 Day Fix, The Asylum Volume 1, and The Asylum Volume 2, and I am now starting Body Beast. I am 23 years old, 5'2'' tall, and weigh 130 lbs.
